Description

We are looking for a highly organised, resilient, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.

This is a varied and fast-moving role that supports both customers and Sales Consultants through a combination of phone support, administration, order management, and problem solving. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working in a high-volume environment.

This is not a traditional call centre role — it’s a hands-on position with high level of administration where initiative, communication, and the ability to think on your feet are highly valued.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, based at our Head Office in Yandina.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, online queries and ensure prompt and professional responses.
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting with management of customers.
  • Assisting the sales team with lead generation activities, including scheduling of appointments and following up on inquiries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service process and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting after delivery customer satisfaction surveys and associated reporting.
  • Customer warranty support.
  • Management of customer issues with positive resolutions that meet the customer needs.

About you

  • Background in retail, real estate, insurance, hospitality, or other fast-paced customer service environments preferred but not essential
  • Strong customer service focus with a genuine desire to help customers and resolve issues quickly
  • Solution-focused mindset with the ability to think on your feet and take ownership of outcomes
  • Calm, resilient, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
  • Strong multitasking, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to learn systems quickly and work independently
