About the Role
We’re looking for a Web Developer to join the Marketing team and help deliver best-in-class digital experiences for our investors. Reporting to the Lead Web Developer, you’ll work closely with the Senior Digital Product Manager and Senior Marketing Executive (Website) to build features, maintain web platforms, and ship quality work across a multi-property web estate.
This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll take well-scoped briefs, deliver clean code, and work autonomously. You should be comfortable across the full stack but particularly strong in PHP, WordPress, and modern frontend tooling. We’re a team that leans heavily into AI-driven development workflows, and you’ll be right at home if you already reach for tools like Claude, Codex, or similar AI assistants as a natural part of how you write, review, and ship code.
Above all, we’re looking for someone with natural curiosity and ambition. The kind of developer who doesn’t wait to be given work, but actively looks for ways to make things better. You’ll thrive here if you love learning new technologies, aren’t afraid to try new approaches and take pride in being a reliable, safe pair of hands that the team can count on.
Role Responsibilities
Development

- Contribute to Laravel and Statamic projects across the web estate
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure clean backend/frontend communication via REST endpoints
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following established patterns and conventions
- Follow secure coding practices and maintain awareness of common web vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, etc.)
AI-Driven Development
- Use AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, or similar) as part of your daily development workflow
