Due to staff movement, an exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Specialist (Product), where we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:

  • Develop, nurture, and refine product positioning statements, value propositions, and messaging frameworks;
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, understandable, and compelling customer-facing narratives;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional activities, supporting product go-to-market, content, and enablement strategies;
  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback, beta testing insights, and usage data to inform messaging and positioning;
  • Leverage generalist marketing instincts to ensure product messaging resonates across audiences and mediums;
  • Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and analytical insights in ongoing efforts to inform product strategy.

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B Software, health tech or SaaS.
  • The ability to think strategically about go-to-market positioning, while remaining hands-on with practical execution;
  • Strong ability in translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with customers;
  • An analytical mindset and familiarity with product analytics, reporting, engagement and campaign metrics;
  • Versatility across marketing disciplines, and comfort in moving between content; digital, design, and campaign delivery;
  • A genuine curiosity about customers, their challenges, how they experience our products, and how we can improve that experience through marketing & communications activities;
  • The confidence to own a project end-to-end, managing timelines and deliverables with minimal direction;
  • Thrives in a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with Product, Development, Support, Training, and Operations;
  • Exceptional written communication skills – clear, concise and audience-appropriate;
  • The adaptability to thrive in a role that spans strategic product marketing and generalist marketing execution.
