As a Marketing Specialist (Designer), we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:

  • Design and produce marketing content for a range of delivery mediums, including digital, print, web, and conference materials;
  • Utilise the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to create engaging visual assets;
  • Maintain, adhere to, and evolve our brand and product identity through a consistent artistic style, as outlined in our comprehensive brand guidelines;
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to fulfill content request briefs;
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing & Communications team, seeking feedback, sharing ideas, and contributing to project deliverables;
  • Contribute creative thinking and push boundaries on campaign planning and brand presence.

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • 3+ years’ experience and confidence in producing high-level visual assets within the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign);
  • Proven experience in content design, production pipelines, and delivery across a range of marketing mediums, with a portfolio of past work;
  • A sound understanding of marketing & communications principles and best practices;
  • The personality and ability to communicate effectively, and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • A sense of personal motivation and time management skills, with the ability to balance productivity with high-quality deliverables;
  • A collaborative nature that seeks growth and welcomes feedback and guidance from experienced peers;
  • A responsible attitude that enables you to work autonomously, while also thriving in a fun team environment.
