About the role:
We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Credit Officer to join our Debtors team our Milperra Office. This is a varied role where you’ll manage accounts receivable, support customers and help keep our credit processes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Results-driven collections specialist with a high recovery rate while maintaining positive
customer relationships
- Manage customer account enquiries, invoices and credit requests
- Process credit notes, payments and account adjustments.
- Set up new customer accounts and manage account changes.
- Conduct credit checks and maintain accurate customer records.
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Credit Officer or Accounts Receivable role 5 -6 years
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and a genuine team-first attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous but not essential.
