We are currently looking for multiple full-time Customer Service / Sales Team members to join our Landscape and Retail teams, based at our Head Office in Carabooda.

ABOUT US

Established in 1963, Benara Nurseries is a family-owned and operated business and one of Australia’s largest wholesale production nurseries. Located on a 147-hectare site in Carabooda, Western Australia, Benara is now in its four generation of family ownership.  With more than 300 years of combined horticultural experience.

We supply premium-quality plants to landscapers, retailers, developers, and local government projects across WA. Our success is built on strong values, long-term relationships and a genuine commitment to excellence in plant production.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking full-time, permanent team members to support both our Landscape and Retail customers.

In these roles, you will assist customers from enquiry through to order completion, providing accurate information, coordinating orders and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the process.

The work can be busy at times, particularly during peak planting and retail seasons, so the ability to stay organised, follow processes and communicate clearly is essential.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with enquires, quotations and orders.
  • Providing accurate information on plant availability, sizes and lead times.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems.
  • Working closely with internal teams to support order coordination and deliveries.
  • Supporting general sales and customer service activities.
  • Building positive, professional relationships with customers.

ABOUT YOU

You do not need to know everything about plants on day one – training will be provided. What is important is that you are reliable, organised and comfortable working with customers in a busy environment.

You will be well suited to this role if you:

  • Enjoy working with customers and being part of a team.
  • Can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Have good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Are willing to learn about plants, seasonal availability and production cycles
  • Experience in horticulture, landscaping, retail, construction or a related industry is an advantage, but not essential.
