About the role
We are thrilled to commence applications for the FY27 Bartier Perry Graduate Pathway. The Program will take place over 12-months, comprising of two 6-month rotations across various Practice Groups within the firm.
The Program will offer successful candidates the opportunity to be involved in meaningful and interesting work, including hands-on document preparation, legal research, court and client engagement, as well as the opportunity to attend legal and industry events.
Additionally, candidates will receive:
- Practical coaching and support from lawyers at various levels throughout the firm
- The opportunity to participate in learning and development and CPD sessions
- Networking opportunities including at graduate events and social engagements
- Paid study leave and PLT costs covered

Eligibility
In order to be considered for a position within the Program, you must:
- Be in your final year of study of an accredited law degree, with an anticipated completion date on or before 13 February 2027, or have completed an accredited law degree within the past 12 months;
- Not have completed a PLT program or be admitted as a Lawyer within an Australian or Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as New Zealand or England and Wales); and
- Have unrestricted permanent working rights within Australia.
