All-rounder Campervan Assembler

Our business is Australia’s leading & largest manufacturer in its market (high-end Campervans and Motorhomes) and has entered its 60th year of operation. We are located in the Penrith area.

This role is required due to our business growth in a booming industry. The successful candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, possess a strong work ethic, reliable, motivated, with a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop and learn.

About The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Section Leader, you will work in a team environment to play a vital role in ensuring high standards of workmanship in the production of Recreational Vehicles.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Play a vital role in taking a vehicle shell and creating a state-the-art recreational vehicle that will fulfil our customer’s dream lifestyle;
• The team members get involved in cabinetry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical activities;
• Working on new prototype vehicles as additions to the company’s overall product offering.

All About You:

• Ideally trade qualified – Carpentry, Cabinet Making, Tiny House / Campervan Maintenance, Mechanical and/or Electrical – but not essential!
• Experienced, preferably within automotive, caravan, recreational vehicles, or service-related sectors (desired);
• Quality focused with a process driven work ethic;
• Enjoys practical and physical work in a fast-paced environment;
• Effective communication skills;
• Competent in using a range of hand/power tools;
• Strong time management skills.
