Sales admin at AVIA isn’t about inbox management or basic coordination. It’s where deals are kept moving, errors are caught early and the pipeline stays clean from enquiry through to contract. It’s about running a system that ensures every deal progresses accurately, on time and without friction.

We’re looking for two Sales Administrators to join our Sales Operations team and be the execution layer that keeps everything flowing. You’ll sit at the centre of sales, estimating and drafting, making sure no deal stalls and no detail slips.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking up new work coming in and getting it moving
• Creating contracts and packages so everything is accurate and ready to go
• Catching small errors before they turn into bigger problems
• Keeping deals flowing so nothing gets stuck or delayed
• Answering calls or messages when the sales team is tied up
• Helping people get quick, clear answers so things keep moving
