We’re looking for a Cost Analyst to help improve the way we understand, manage and optimise construction costs across the business.

Working across Estimating, Procurement, Construction and Finance, you’ll turn data into insight, identify opportunities for improvement and provide the commercial visibility that helps teams make better decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analysing build costs to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Owning ETS tracking, reporting and root-cause analysis
  • Turning insights into measurable cost improvements
  • Producing commercial reports that support better decisions
  • Benchmarking suppliers, trades and home designs
  • Working across teams to improve accuracy, performance and profitability

What you bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in a cost, commercial, estimating or QS role
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Experience investigating variances and driving cost improvements
  • A structured approach to problem solving and root-cause analysis
  • The ability to influence decisions through data and insight
  • Residential construction or volume building experience is highly regarded
