About the Role

Supercars is seeking a customer-focused professional to assist with the delivery of the Gold Coast Resident Accreditation Program. This is a highly organised, process-driven, front-facing role administering resident accreditation enquiries and operations before, during and post a major event.

You will be the key point of contact for residents, building managers and local stakeholders, requiring clear, calm and effective communication at all times while managing enquiries, processing applications, and actioning issues to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resident and stakeholder communications across phone, email, in person
  • Process accreditation applications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain resident data integrity and resolve access or admin issues
  • Manage the Resident Accreditation Centre during the event, rolling out onsite accreditation operations and collections
  • Manage post-event reconciliation and reporting

 

About You

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly, calmly and confidently under pressure
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced operational or event environment
  • Confident handling high-volume enquiries and resolving issues
  • Able to work independently and escalate when required

 

Highly regarded:

  • Accreditation, access control or event operations experience
  • Experience working with databases and Excel
