Junior Marketing Coordinator

Summary:

We are seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies and campaigns. You will assist in coordinating marketing activities, supporting the team in executing projects, and contributing to our overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• CRM experience, including updating records, pulling lists, segmenting audiences and supporting campaign activity.
• Basic understanding of email marketing, including how to build and test an EDM.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling content.
• Ability to assist with basic content updates, campaign coordination and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with data, links, copy and formatting.
• Good written communication skills and confidence following brand tone and style.
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and taking direction from the marketing team.
• Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Canva, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar would be beneficial.
• Able to support general marketing administration as needed.

High Level Responsibilities:

• Build, test and schedule EDMs
• Website updates
• Assist with CRM list pulls, data updates and audience segmentation
• Schedule organic social media posts
• Support campaign set-up and tracking
• Assist with event, membership or content promotion activity
• Update campaign trackers and task boards
• Prepare basic reporting on campaign performance
• Support general marketing team administration
