As a Giving Administrator, you will play a key role in fostering charity connections, triaging incoming queries and maximising the impact of data on giving at Australia’s leader in structured giving.

- Use your administration expertise to support the work of the Giving Services team.
- Focus your database knowledge to ensure accurate, up to date and insightful recording of charity and giving data.
- Be the first port of call for charities contacting APS.

Role description
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropic Giving, the Giving Administrator is responsible for supporting internal stakeholders and charities. This includes researching charities, managing high volume communication with charities and the philanthropic community, maintaining and improving the internal database and supporting the giving team with a wide variety of administrative tasks. This role is suitable for someone with exceptional administrative and database management skills and an interest in understanding and cultivating relationships with a wide range of charities and philanthropic organisations. What you’ll bring
- Proven administrative expertise: Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administrative role, ideally in a non-profit or philanthropic environment.
- Database mastery: proficiency in CRM database management (ideally Salesforce) and experience with data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Exceptional organisational skills: A meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Relationship building acumen: A genuine interest in fostering positive relationships with charities and colleagues.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
