THE ROLE
We are seeking a Pricing Lead to join our Pricing team within the Commercial department. This role is responsible for the global pricing of tours and cruises across our program and plays a critical role in driving revenue, utilisation, and margin across all source markets.
Working closely with Product, Sales, and Finance, you will develop data‑driven pricing strategies informed by cost structures, market dynamics, historical trends and competitor insights.
Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and refine pricing based on costs, market conditions, foreign exchange movements, historical performance, and forecasts
- Propose pricing strategies that improve profitability and commercial performance
- Monitor sales trends and demand using data, analytics, and reporting tools
- Manage distribution pricing, including fare schedules, brochure pricing, promotional materials, and offers to sales teams
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to support pricing initiatives and updates
- Contribute to pricing projects, process improvements, and general team administration

ABOUT YOU
- Experienced in pricing strategies, revenue and margin analysis or commercial strategy. (Travel industry or related industry experience preferred)
- Relevant tertiary qualification or currently studying in business, commerce, analytics, finance or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Analytical mindset with an interest in pricing, revenue or commercial analysis
- Comfortable working with numbers and data, with a willingness to develop analytical skills
- Able to communicate clearly and build positive relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
