THE ROLE
We are seeking a Commercial Graduate to join our Pricing team within the Commercial function, supporting the global pricing of our touring and cruising program.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin—or continue building—your career in a highly commercial environment, gaining hands-on exposure to how pricing decisions drive margin, demand, and overall business performance.
Working closely with Product, Sales, and Finance, you’ll contribute to real commercial decisions while developing strong analytical and commercial capability in a complex, global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and updating of pricing based on costs, demand trends, foreign exchange movements, and market conditions
- Analyse sales performance, booking curves, and demand patterns to generate insights
- Contribute to pricing recommendations that support profitability and commercial outcomes
- Maintain distribution pricing, including fare schedules, brochures, and promotional offers
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to support pricing initiatives
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement of pricing processes and tools
You’ll play a meaningful role in supporting key commercial decisions, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership as your capability develops.
About You
- Degree in business, commerce, economics, finance, analytics or a related field
- Exposure to a commercial, analytical, or finance-related environment through studies, internships, or initial professional experience
- Experience in a graduate program, internship, or structured learning environment is advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical mindset, with an interest in pricing, revenue, or commercial performance
- Comfortable working with numbers and data, with solid Excel skills (or a strong willingness to develop them)
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in building commercial capability
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
