Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the industry.

Role is based in NSW – Southerland Shire – South Coast – Merimbula

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you will maximise growth on all products within the APT, Travelmarvel and Botanica brands to improve market share and develop strategic relationships with our trade partners.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive sales strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to optimize revenue generation
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with agency partners
  • Conduct consumer presentations to inspire prospective clients
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and forge new connections.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and partnership agreements in the CRM system.
