About the Role
As a Training Product Developer, you’ll play a key role in
developing nationally accredited training products that support Australia’s
mining and automotive workforce. Working within AUSMASA’s Training and
Workforce Innovation team, you’ll contribute to the development and maintenance
of training products across the AUR, AUM and RII Training Packages.
Operating in a national, tripartite environment, you’ll

This role suits someone who enjoys technical writing,

federal authorities to inform training product development
- Undertake
technical writing of new and revised qualifications, units of competency
and skill sets in line with TPOF requirements
- Apply
TPOF principles to clearly define occupational outcomes, job functions and
capability requirements
- Collate,
analyse and document evidence to support training product development and
technical decisions
- Support
governance, quality assurance and compliance processes, including
preparation of documentation for submission to the Training Package
Assurance Body
- Contribute
to workforce functional analyses and intelligence gathering activities
- Provide
project and administrative support across concurrent training product
development activities, including reporting and documentation
- Collaborate
closely with internal teams to ensure products are delivered to scope,
quality and timelines
(Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.)
