experiences across the PGA of Australia, Golf Australia, and Australian Golf

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This isn’t a traditional HR Advisor role.
As our People & Culture Advisor | Business Partnering, you’ll become the
dedicated People & Culture partner for a business portfolio, supporting
leaders and employees across every stage of the employee lifecycle
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll build trusted relationships, provide practical advice and coordinate key People & Culture programs that help leaders build capable, engaged and high-performing teams.
You’ll gain exposure to every aspect of contemporary People & Culture while working alongside an experienced People & Culture team and senior leaders helping shape the future of golf in Australia.
This role has been intentionally designed for an experienced HR Advisor who is ready to build genuine business partnering capability.
What you’ll do
- Partner with people leaders to provide practical, contemporary People & Culture advice.
- Own the employee lifecycle for your designated business portfolio, from recruitment through to exit.
- Coach people leaders through day-to-day employee relations, performance and workplace matters.
- Coordinate annual People & Culture programs including performance, remuneration, talent and workforce compliance.
- Contribute to projects across workforce planning, organisational design, leadership capability, culture and employee experience.
- Improve People & Culture systems, processes and ways of working.
- Build trusted relationships that strengthen leadership capability and create exceptional employee experiences.
About you

You’re someone who:

- Enjoys improving processes and creating better employee experiences.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Is curious, proactive and ready to broaden their business partnering capability.
Most importantly, you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed and wants to build a career in contemporary People & Culture.
Experience in sport is welcomed, but not essential.
Remuneration
Total Remuneration Package: $90,000-$100,000 (inclusive of superannuation), depending on experience.
