Point of Hire: Brisbane

Roster: 2:1 – 1 week utility, 1 week utility supervisor 

The role will involve, but is not limited to:

• Housekeeping of accommodation rooms, wet mess areas, gyms, offices, and mine-site facilities
• Laundry services, including the cleaning of linens and towels
• Kitchen hand duties: food preparation, dishwashing, dining hall cleaning, and stock replenishment
• Bar service within the wet mess area
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with Quality, HACCP, Safety, and Environmental protocols
• Supervise and guide site staff, delivering regular feedback and managing performance
• Develop and maintain rosters, approve timesheets, and support staff onboarding and training
• Provide hands-on support across operations as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ACS standards at all times
• Additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager or senior management
• Role structure may adapt based on operational needs

What we are looking for:

• Proven FIFO and hospitality experience
• Previous FIFO supervisory experience
• Familiarity with RMS booking system (desirable)
• Current valid Driver’s Licence
• White Card (Construction Induction – Essential)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – Essential
• Food Safety Handling Certificate – Essential
• National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
