Room Attendant

Summary:

AI Hospitality Solutions is looking for Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team at the 

Canterbury International Hotel in Forest Hill.

As a Room Attendant at the Hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring hotel guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute significantly to our guests’ overall experience.

This role is ideal for someone who lives locally or in a nearby suburb.

Hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented
• Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies and restrooms when required
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly

Qualifications:

• No formal education required
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
