As part of this journey, our Online Courses team is growing, and we are looking for a capable and motivated Participant Support Coordinator to join our course delivery team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in delivering an exceptional participant experience, supporting enquiries across channels, managing enrolments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role:

You will be joining an enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working team within a business that welcomes your ideas and supports your career.

Key accountabilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering prompt, high-quality support across participant, general and sales enquiry channels
  • Managing course bookings and enrolments from enquiry through to confirmation
  • Preparing quotes, invoices and support group bookings and online course registrations
  • Follow up pending enrolments, incomplete registrations, cancellations and refunds
  • Maintaining accurate enrolment records in the CRM and support data quality improvements
  • Assisting with course delivery activities including LMS administration and virtual classroom support

About You:

You are personable, a collaborator, and a strong contributor, adding value to every conversation and getting real results.

You will have:

  • Experience in customer service, enrolments, administration or sales support in a similar coordination role
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with participants and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, follow up tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, bookings and administrative processes
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, with experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics viewed favourably
