As part of this journey, our Online Courses team is growing, and we are looking for a capable and motivated Learning Quality Manager to be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality, relevance and commercial performance of AusIMM’s online courses portfolio.
About the Role
This role ensures that courses remain current, credible and aligned with industry needs, while enabling faster development, localisation and customisation to support new market opportunities. This role can be based in our Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth offices.
Key accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the annual course review and refresh cycle to ensure quality, relevance and
currency across the portfolio
- Overseeing assessment updates
- Reviewing, identifying and implementing innovation and best practice in professional learning
- Managing course translation and localisation to support international delivery and market expansion
- Leading course customisation where required, supporting bid-driven requirements
- Reviewing and revitalising existing course assets for re-release and improved performance
- Scoping and progressing career pathway and framework initiatives
- Working closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure content
reflects current industry practice
- Maintaining visibility over course performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
About You
You are personable, a collaborator, and a strong contributor, adding value to every conversation and getting real results.
You will have:
- At least 5 years in adult learning development or similar roles
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, engineering, business or a related field
- Experience in course or program development, preferably in professional or technical education
- Experience with education systems, including LMS and digital development tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of adult learning and practical, applied learning approaches
- Strong understanding of assessment principles, frameworks and documentation
- Ability to translate industry needs into relevant learning solutions
- Business acumen and comfort working with commercial targets
