About us
The Royal Australian and New
Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is responsible for training,
educating and representing psychiatrists across Australia and Aotearoa New
Zealand. We’re committed to improving mental health outcomes and creating a more
connected, inclusive and equitable system for our communities.
We recognise lived and living experience as essential expertise and value the
insight, perspective and impact it brings to everything we do. We are guided by
an Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and we acknowledge the
Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and pay our respects to
Elders past and present.
About the role
We are seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
Liaison Officer to support culturally safe, inclusive and respectful practice

This role focuses on on-the-ground engagement,
relationship building and supporting staff capability, working closely with
teams to ensure culturally appropriate approaches in day-to-day work. It comes at an important point in the College’s reconciliation

collaboratively and strengthening cultural safety through practical support and

This is a prioritised role for an Aboriginal and/or Torres
