That’s where Atmos steps in.

Welcome to Atmos Readiness, where cyber resilience, privacy and incident preparedness come together to help organisations navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence.

When a cyber incident disrupts operations. When leadership teams need clear decision-making frameworks. When organisations need to strengthen resilience before a crisis occurs.

That’s where we operate.

At Atmos, we work at the intersection of cyber, privacy, crisis management and operational resilience, partnering with clients across all sectors to help them prepare for the moments that matter most.

And we’re growing.

Your Mission

As a Junior Consultant within the Atmos Readiness team, you’ll support organisations to become more cyber resilient while building hands-on experience across cyber advisory, incident response and privacy matters.

This is an opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a passion for cyber, privacy and digital risk to work directly alongside experienced consultants, lawyers and industry specialists on meaningful client engagements from day one.

You’ll support work including:

  • Developing incident response plans and cyber resilience frameworks
  • Assisting with cyber simulation exercises and preparedness activities
  • Supporting advice on privacy, regulatory and cyber resilience obligations
  • Contributing to client-facing engagements and stakeholder communication
  • Assisting with business development and client relationship initiatives
  • Supporting operational and administrative processes across the Readiness team

You’ll collaborate with:

  • Cyber consultants
  • Lawyers and regulatory specialists
  • Crisis communication professionals
  • Threat intelligence consultants
  • Senior leaders across Atmos offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland

This isn’t traditional consulting. This is real-world cyber resilience work in a fast-moving environment.

You Might Be

A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with:

  • A Bachelor of Laws or similar qualification
  • A genuine interest in cyber, privacy and incident response
