Your Mission
As a Junior Consultant within the Atmos Readiness team, you’ll support organisations to become more cyber resilient while building hands-on experience across cyber advisory, incident response and privacy matters.
This is an opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a passion for cyber, privacy and digital risk to work directly alongside experienced consultants, lawyers and industry specialists on meaningful client engagements from day one.
You’ll support work including:
- Developing incident response plans and cyber resilience frameworks
- Assisting with cyber simulation exercises and preparedness activities
- Supporting advice on privacy, regulatory and cyber resilience obligations
- Contributing to client-facing engagements and stakeholder communication
- Assisting with business development and client relationship initiatives
- Supporting operational and administrative processes across the Readiness team
You’ll collaborate with:
- Cyber consultants
- Lawyers and regulatory specialists
- Crisis communication professionals
- Threat intelligence consultants
- Senior leaders across Atmos offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland

You Might Be
A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with:
- A Bachelor of Laws or similar qualification
- A genuine interest in cyber, privacy and incident response
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Curiosity, adaptability and strong problem-solving capabilities
