The Role
We have a permanent full-time opportunity within our Services team for a Service Delivery Manager.
This role is for someone who takes genuine ownership of customer outcomes. As Service Delivery Manager, you are accountable for the performance of contracted services across a portfolio of accounts – ensuring commitments are met, issues are managed proactively, and customers feel like ASI is a true extension of their team. You bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to everything you do.
What You Will Be Working On
- Owning contract and service delivery performance across designated accounts, from issue identification through to resolution
- Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and aligning ASI’s services to their evolving business needs
- Driving account strategy – identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and renewal
- Monitoring and reporting on SLA compliance, service quality, and performance metrics
- Leading workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support customers in getting value from their technology investment
- Collaborating across internal teams to resolve service challenges and deliver on commitments
A Bit About You
You have a substantial background in customer-facing service delivery within IT, managed services, or a related technical environment. You get things done – you don’t wait for problems to escalate, and you hold yourself accountable for the outcomes on your accounts.
You build credibility quickly with stakeholders at all levels, are clear and direct in your communication, and bring genuine curiosity to understanding what each customer needs. You are comfortable working across competing priorities and keeping multiple accounts moving at once.
Essential:
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships in a technical or contract-managed environment
- Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure, managed services, and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management practices
- Strong reporting and analytical skills – you can assess performance data and turn it into meaningful insights
- Experience with ticket management systems and service escalation processes
Desirable:
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 9001 or ISO 27001
- Experience contributing to account growth or commercial renewal processes
