& Digital Delivery to support the successful delivery of both online and face-to-face education programs while contributing to exciting digital improvement initiatives.

education programs. You enjoy coordinating projects, building strong stakeholder relationships and using digital systems to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Salary: $62,500 + super + NFP salary packaging

Key Responsibilities
Education Program & Course Delivery Support
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of online and face-to-face education programs, including registrations, communications, logistics and course close-out.
- Support presenters and participants before and during courses, including meeting coordination, learning platforms and live session support.
Digital Systems & Technical Coordination
- Maintain project tracking, CRM records, SharePoint libraries and digital systems to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Support digital improvement initiatives, system enhancements, workflow automation and continuous process improvements.
Administration & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, templates, reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Coordinate shared inboxes, course enquiries, travel arrangements, budget tracking, supplier invoices and general administrative support.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate participant, course and CRM data while preparing attendance reports, evaluations, CPD documentation and other project reports.
- Monitor data quality and support reporting, communications and automated workflows.
Communications & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate course promotions, website updates, email campaigns and digital communications in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with presenters, participants and stakeholders, providing timely and professional support throughout program delivery and team collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, Communications or a related discipline
Desirable
- Currently undertaking further study or professional development in project management, digital systems, education, or health-related fields
- Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred), ClickUp or other project management tools.
- Experience with SharePoint, LMS platforms, or website/content updates.
- Experience within the not-for-profit, education or health sectors.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools (Canva, Figma, Campaign Monitor, etc.) or email marketing platforms.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong project coordination and administrative skills
- High attention to detail when managing documentation, reporting and data quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Commitment to ethical practice, diversity, WHS, and ASHM’s Code of Conduct.
