About the role:
As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver impactful transformation outcomes.
Depending on your level of experience, you will either contribute as a key member of a project team or lead teams and workstreams across complex engagements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of client strategies and operational challenges
- Conduct research and analysis to identify improvement opportunitiesDesign practical, tailored solutions across people,process, and technology
- Support or lead implementation to deliver sustainable resultsFacilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Manage project workstreams and, where appropriate,lead teams and mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to business development and broader practice growth.
You will build and apply core consulting skills including problem solving, analysis, facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Flexible work arrangements, including part-time and hybrid options, are available. Some interstate travel may be required.
