Administration Officer

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing a variety of administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of services.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and will provide high-quality administrative support across multiple functions. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of information, maintaining professional communication, and supporting both internal staff and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering a busy multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responding to internal and external emails within required timeframes
  • Managing bookings using internal systems
  • Handling client and customer enquiries regarding products and services
  • Acting as the first point of contact during registration processes
  • Preparing and formatting course and operational materials using internal templates
  • Coordinating resources and ensuring equipment and rooms are prepared for use
  • Processing assessments and issuing documentation within required timeframes
  • Completing general administrative tasks including quotes, document updates, mail distribution, and certificate issuance
  • Providing ongoing administrative support to internal teams
  • Supporting the promotion of products and services to assist with engagement targets
