Description

Sydney Building Management & Projects is seeking a dedicated permanent full-time Concierge to join our professional team at a residential tower in Rushcutters Bay.

Rushcutters Bay Location

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30pm

Hours: 38 hours per week

Salary: $60,000 per year + Superannuation

Accessibility: Bus stop right outside and free on-site parking available.

About the Role

As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring residents and guests enjoy an exceptional experience. This position is based in a large residential complex, requiring a proactive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
  • Assist the Building Management team with supervising contractors, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
  • Conduct regular patrols to maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Manage key distribution, visitor check-ins & parking, parcel deliveries, and other front-desk operations.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and ensure their inquiries are handled efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in hotel front office, residential concierge, or a similar high customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong customer service mindset with a polished and professional presentation.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Additional availability to assist across the portfolio is preferred but not essential.

Requirements

  • This role requires a long-term commitment and a stable schedule.
  • Candidates must have full work rights in Australia and be available to work full-time on an ongoing basis.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
