The Role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our club while inspiring healthier lifestyles in the community. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option.
- Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships.
- Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club.
- Drive membership growth, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring an exceptional gym experience.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals.
- Motivate members to join and stay engaged in their health journey.

About You
You’re someone who takes ownership, enjoys being on the front foot, and knows how to turn opportunities into results. You’re naturally engaging, confident in conversations, and motivated by hitting goals and making an impact.
- Must have experience in completing call drives, driving lead generation, thrives on the hustle of getting a sale over the line and achieving set targets.
- Solid sales background with consistent target achievement
- With a passion for fitness and customer service
- Extremely outgoing, vibrant, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
- Ability to connect within the local community and form valuable partnerships
- Familiarity with social platforms and using them to support business growth
