The Role

We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Membership Consultant to join our team at Anytime Fitness Murdoch as your home club, with flexibility to work across other club locations when required.

This casual role offers a minimum of 15 hours per week and requires availability on Saturdays. With a variety of shifts available between our office opening hours of 10am to 7pm, this opportunity is ideal for someone seeking flexibility around study or other life commitments.

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for members and supporting the continued growth of our clubs. You’ll work closely with the club team to:

  • Generate leads and convert them into memberships
  • Build strong relationships with members and assist with enquiries
  • Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain clean, welcoming, and well-presented club facilities
  • Support marketing initiatives and engage with the local community
  • Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, and multiple club locations when required

If considered for the role, you’ll need these required certificates:

  1. First Aid
  2. CPR
  3. Police Check
  4. Working with Children Check

About You

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Industry experience is not essential. We value attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn.Here’s what you could bring to our club:

  • Previous customer service or retail experience is desirable
  • Passion for sales, achieving goals, and creating positive member experiences
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people face-to-face and over the phone
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work across different club locations when required
  • Confidence using computers and social media platforms
  • Commitment to maintaining high club presentation standards
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to a fun, supportive team culture
