Description

Amity Health are seeking a dedicated Receptionist based in Albany to join our team. The Receptionist role delivers professional and responsive reception services to visitors and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and positive first point of contact for Amity Health. The role manages calls, visitors and bookings, and provides general administrative support in delivering efficient administrative services to meet program requirements.

 

About The Role

  • Provide a consistent, professional, confidential and courteous reception service, including answering incoming calls, responding to general enquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Welcome guests and clients in a friendly and efficient manner, notifying relevant staff of arrivals and ensuring a positive front-of-house experience.
  • Maintain reception, waiting areas and clinic rooms to ensure they are clean, organised and appropriately stocked for visiting specialists and staff.
  • Assist with room and vehicle bookings, including coordination of meeting room set-up and catering requests.
  • Prepare outgoing mail daily and coordinate delivery to the post office.
  • Assist with room bookings, vehicle bookings and coordination of meeting room set-up, including catering requests. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration Program Support team as required.

 

This is a casual position, located in our Albany Office. 

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, welcoming and culturally respectful approach.
  • Sound digital literacy, including confidence in using Microsoft Office applications and office or client management systems.
  • A valid National Police Clearance issued less than 6 months ago. 
  • National Disability Clearance Check and Working with Children Check.
