Full-Time: 76 Hours Per Fortnight | Albany, WA

About the Role 

 

As the Executive Assistant to the Office of the CEO, you will provide high-level executive support, managing schedules, preparing key documents, coordinating communications, and ensuring the seamless flow of information between key stakeholders. Sitting at the heart of our Executive and Senior Leadership Team, this role offers variety, influence, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work every day. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and grounded in professionalism and discretion. 

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments and travel, keeping priorities aligned and deadlines on track. 
  • Prepare polished reports, briefings, agendas, minutes, presentations and correspondence. 
  • Maintain confidential records, files and databases with accuracy, discretion and efficiency. 
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, draft responses and escalate priority communications. 
  • Provide project support for CEO-led initiatives and strategic priorities. 
  • Track key organisational deadlines, reporting cycles and strategic priorities. 

 

This is a full-time position 76 hours per fortnight, located in Albany.

  • Exceptional communication, consultation and relationship-building skills, with strong verbal and written capability. 
  • Outstanding organisational, time management and multitasking skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal awareness, with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive matters with confidence and discretion. 
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality written work. 
  • Advanced digital literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom and SharePoint.
