Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia’s largest insurance repair specialists. With offices in every state of Australia, we are seeking motivated individuals looking to come off the tools and step into a Estimator / Supervisor career to join our rapidly expanding team in Darwin.

The Opportunity

  • Trainee Insurance Building Estimator Supervisor.
  • Report directly to the Construction Manager.
  • Learn how to estimate, schedule and supervise trades and repairs.
  • Exceed KPIs through structured training using our industry-leading technology.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Competitive renumeration package + vehicle, fuel card, iPhone, iPad, uniform and equipment.
  • Insurance or estimating experience is not essential – we will teach you the technical skills.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Cert III in Carpentry or strong building-related experience.
  • A willingness to learn estimating, scheduling and supervision.
  • A basic understanding of building practices (knowledge of NCC/WHS advantageous but can be taught).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident with computers and mobile devices and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Proactive nature with a strong work ethic.
  • A strong commitment to safety and working as part of a KPI-driven team.
