About the Role
As a Specialist Reports Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the estimating team by coordinating specialist inspections and ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule trades and specialists to attend residential insurance claim sites.
- Review specialist reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including trades, contractors, insurers, and internal teams.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and data management.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure reports meet company and industry standards.
- Verify invoices and assist with processing documentation.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Provide ad hoc support to the estimating team as required.
About You
You are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, construction, or insurance (desirable but not essential).
- Experience communicating with trades, contractors, or service providers (highly regarded).
- Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and other software systems.
- The ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a high-performing, KPI-driven team.
