Grounds & Facilities Handyman

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker / Grounds & Facilities Handyman to maintain the presentation, safety, and functionality of our sites across Kunda Park and surrounding locations.

This is a practical and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and can proactively manage multiple sites to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, hedging, and general upkeep.
• Green waste removal and cleaning of car parks, pathways, and outdoor areas.
• Maintaining overall site presentation and cleanliness.
• Minor handyman work including installations, repairs, and furniture assembly.
• Pressure cleaning, external building cleaning, and general property upkeep.
• Maintaining warehouses, sheds, and storage areas in a safe and organised condition.
• Daily bin management, waste disposal, and upkeep of kitchens and shared spaces.
• Transport of goods/vehicles, event support, and proactive site inspections and maintenance.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in grounds, landscaping, or handyman work.
• Driver’s licence & White Card.
• Strong practical maintenance skills.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused.
