Ambrose Construct Group is one of Australia’s largest insurance repair specialists, with offices nationwide. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team in Prestons.
About the role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating insurance repair works across the Perth region while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey.
Your responsibilities will include
- Preparing accurate estimates and scopes of works for insurance repairs.
- Building strong relationships with customers, trades and stakeholders.
- Managing repair outcomes in line with company KPIs and service standards.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Using repair management systems and mobile technology effectively.
- Delivering a high level of communication and customer care.
What You’ll Need
- Cert III in Carpentry (highly regarded).
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Previous estimating experience (insurance experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of the National Construction Code and WHS requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
- Ability to read, interpret and create scopes of work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-focused mindset.
Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
