About the Role
As a Desktop Supervisor / Rapid Repair Coordinator, you will remotely supervise and coordinate residential repair works from our office. This is a fast-paced, team-focused environment where your industry knowledge will be highly valued.
This role is ideal for someone who understands building, repairs, or insurance reinstatement works and is looking for a more stable, office-based career path while staying connected to the construction industry.
We also support your long-term development, including opportunities to obtain your Cert IV in Building & Construction and progress into senior supervisory roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate residential repair works remotely
- Schedule trades and manage job progress from start to completion
- Use ACG systems and Virtual Assist tools to support quality and scope supervision
- Review scopes, reports, and photographic evidence for accuracy
- Liaise with trades, insurers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure all works meet quality standards and timelines
- Work closely with internal teams to finalise and submit completed jobs
About You
We are looking for someone with practical construction knowledge and the confidence to apply that experience in a desktop supervision role.
To be successful, you will ideally have (but not required):
- Previous supervision, carpentry, building, trade, or insurance repair experience
- An understanding of residential construction and repair works
- The ability to review photos, scopes, and reports with a quality-focused mindset
- Confidence communicating with trades, customers, and stakeholders
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technology
