Description

We’re looking for a Claims Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong and deliver exceptional service while managing a portfolio of restoration claims.

About the Role

Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of restoration claims, ensuring timely resolutions, strong stakeholder communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of restoration claims from lodgement through to completion.
  • Review claim instructions and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Liaise with clients, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure claims progress efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates and support to stakeholders throughout the claims process.
  • Monitor claim costs and manage invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and claim notes.
  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate where required.
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and company procedures.

About You

  • Previous experience managing your own claims portfolio (Highly regarded).
  • Understanding of Insurance Contracts Act and FSRA legislation (Highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong team mindset.
