We are seeking an experienced Quality & Risk Manager to lead the development, implementation and monitoring of our integrated quality and risk management framework across the organisation.
This role offers an opportunity to influence organisational quality, governance and risk management practices while contributing to better outcomes for people living with dementia and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organisation’s quality, risk and compliance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across community care and support services.
- Manage internal and external audits, accreditation activities and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee incident management, complaints handling and corrective action processes.
- Develop and maintain organisational policies, procedures and governance documentation.
- Monitor organisational risks and support effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert advice to leaders on quality, compliance, risk and governance matters.
- Promote a culture of accountability, quality and best-practice service delivery.
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality, Risk, Governance, Health, Nursing, Community Services, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in quality, risk and compliance management within aged care, healthcare, community services or another regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, risk frameworks, audits and continuous improvement.
- Experience interpreting and applying legislative, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
