Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and governance support to our Chief Executive Officer and Board.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a purpose-driven organisation, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating Board governance, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO’s complex diary, correspondence, emails and meeting schedule.
- Coordinating Board, Committee and Executive meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, briefing papers and other executive documentation.
- Coordinating strategic projects, events and organisational initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Acting as the key liaison between the CEO, Board Directors, Executive Leadership Team and external stakeholders.
- Managing travel, events, organisational memberships and executive administration.
- Supporting governance processes, including the Annual General Meeting and Board reporting.
- Providing leadership and guidance to administrative support staff while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
About You:
- Extensive experience providing executive support to a Chief Executive Officer, Executive or Board.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Board and Committee governance processes.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Outstanding written communication skills with experience preparing reports, presentations and Board papers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Business Administration or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
