We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Scheduler to join our Community Care & Support Services team. This is a rewarding opportunity to coordinate dementia specialist respite and social support services, ensuring our clients receive the right support at the right time.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will coordinate daily scheduling activities and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of respite and social support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules and rosters for Support Workers to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage roster changes and arrange replacement staff as required.
- Maintain accurate client, employee and scheduling records within Employment Hero, Nightingale, AlayaCare and other organisational systems.
- Respond to scheduling enquiries from clients, families and Support Workers in a professional and timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with Coordinators, Finance and Client Services to support accurate payroll, invoicing and service delivery.
- Assist with reporting, data management and general administrative tasks.
- Support onboarding activities, training coordination and other operational administration.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and internal stakeholders while delivering high-quality customer service.
About You:
- Experience in scheduling, rostering or service coordination within health, aged care, disability or community services.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience using Employment Hero, Nightingale or similar workforce management and client management systems will be highly regarded.
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and supporting people living with dementia.
