The Client Services Administrator will support the advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing services to new and existing clients.    

Main Duties

  • Efficient and accurate administrative support to advisers with client service the pinnacle of your focus. 
  • Co-ordinate bookings of client’s appointments, management and oversight of the adviser’s review schedule to ensure effective delivery of advice obligations within contracted time frames. 
  • Assistant with the preparation of Fixed Term Advice Agreements in line with the review schedule of existing client base including overall management of advice fee continuity. 
  • Efficient and Effective preparation of Annual Review material for client meetings supported by offshore teams.  
  • Preparation of simple advice documentation where required including Corporate Actions, ROA File Notes, Commission Disclosures and Execution Only advice 
  • Liaising with external platform providers and insurance providers to gather information, update client portfolios and ongoing administration.   
  • Accurate and efficient implementation of recommendations with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Maintenance of client database XPLAN, Netsuite and ClientVerse 
  • Ensure all requests are handled efficiently and clients are provided with exceptional levels of client service and support 
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to support the adviser in managing their book 
  • Ensure client files are compliant as per dealer group requirements through the use of checklists and automated workflows \

  • Previous administrative experience, customer service focused.   
  • Computer literate including hands on experience with Microsoft
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning client service/administration role will be highly regarded.
