Alphacool is seeking an experienced HVAC-R Service Supervisor to lead our service and marine division. You’ll drive team performance, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality HVAC-R solutions while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise HVAC-R technicians
• Manage quoting, business development, and KPIs
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
• Oversee projects, materials, and workflow
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC-R issues and support team
• Conduct site visits, safety checks, and ensure compliance
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage inventory

About You

• Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum)
• Relevant & current licences (Driver’s, ARCTIC, QBCC, QLD Electrical Restricted, White Card, etc.)
• 5 – 10+ years HVAC-R experience, including leadership is a plus
• Cert 4 in OH&S (preferred)
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Safety-focused with solid organisational ability
