Marketing Manager – Growth & Brand

At Allied Pumps, we design and deliver engineered pumping and water infrastructure solutions across mining, commercial, and industrial sectors.

We’re looking for a practical, commercially-minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function, bringing structure, clarity, and measurable impact.

This is not a purely strategic or abstract role. It’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll shape direction and deliver outcomes that directly support business growth.

What you’ll be doing?

• Develop and execute a practical, results-driven marketing strategy aligned to growth targets
• Drive qualified lead generation and support pipeline development across business units
• Partner with Sales on tenders, key accounts, and campaigns
• Own and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all channels
• Leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve efficiency, insights, and campaign performance
• Lead a small marketing team and manage external partners
• Improve the quality, consistency, and impact of all marketing collateral
• Establish and track clear, measurable KPIs (e.g. lead conversion, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution)
• Continuously analyse performance and refine approach based on data

 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, engineering, or project-based environments
• Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with practical execution
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing (content, analytics, automation, etc.)
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity
• Experience working closely with Sales and operational teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a grounded, engineering-led business
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
