As we continue to grow and modernise our technology landscape, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Analyst Developer to join our Business Systems team in Canning Vale.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across ERP, CRM, integrations, reporting and business process improvement initiatives, helping drive operational efficiency and system capability across the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the Analyst Developer will play a key role in the design, development, integration, implementation and optimisation of Allied Pumps’ business systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, projects, sales and service functions to translate business requirements into practical, scalable and supportable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvement
  • Design, develop and maintain ERP, CRM and integrated business system solutions
  • Support ERP implementation and optimisation projects across the business
  • Develop integrations, workflows, automation and reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining system integrity and performance
  • Assist with user training, documentation and system adoption initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects
  • Work closely with external vendors, consultants and internal business leaders

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in an Analyst Developer, Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst or similar role
  • Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of business processes across operations, finance, projects or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with integrations, reporting and workflow automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting business change and system implementation projects
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Highly regarded:

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, mining, industrial or project-based environments
  • Exposure to Microsoft platforms, APIs, SQL, Power BI or integration tools
  • ERP implementation or optimisation experience
