Sales Support Officer
Location – Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, remote for an experienced person

Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software
provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.
We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to focus on customer retention. It is primarily responsible
for supporting, converting and progressing new loan and refinance applications from existing customers, ensuring a seamless, responsive and high-quality customer experience from initial application through to settlement.
The role is focused on retaining and supporting existing customers through application support, timely follow-ups and issue resolution. Secondary responsibilities include providing sales support to the wider business, including collaboration with the Sales Support Team Leader, the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Brand Managers.
What you will be doing
- Supporting and processing new loan and refinance applications from existing customers, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and new applications, resolving issues and removing barriers to conversion to build strong relationships that encourage loyalty, repeat business and referrals.
- Utilising customer insights, feedback and satisfaction data to identify retention opportunities and improve processes.
- Entering accurate records and loan applications into the firm’s Loan Origination System (LOS) for existing customers, dealers or RSMs (commercial and consumer), potentially supporting approval and settlement processes.
- Supporting Regional Sales Managers and our network of dealers and introducers with system
issues, customer questions and application issues.
- Looking after allocated dealers and introducers maintaining regular communication with them, making us the “Go To” firm for finance.
- Systems training and provision of user manuals outlining systems and procedures, in collaboration with Retail Operations and Risk, Compliance & Legal teams.
- Assisting with coordinating the gathering of market intelligence and monitoring competitors’ sales strategies and products, campaigns and events to optimise market share
- Proactively reviewing process to challenge the status quo, promote innovation and improve
task efficiency
Your background
- Consumer lending experience, ideally with some inbound/outbound contact centre experience.
- Customer service and sales skills with a solid track record delivering a positive customer-centric experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication with an enjoyment of converting or generating
sales leads.
- A confident and self-motivated team player with high levels of energy and
enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem solver who can think laterally, challenge established methods
and suggest process improvements.
