About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for high-intent inbound leads who have already expressed interest in learning how property investment can help them build wealth.
This is not cold calling.
You’ll be speaking with people who have actively raised their hand and are looking for guidance. Your role is to engage, educate, qualify, and convert these conversations into qualified appointments for our Property Strategy team.
Working within a high-energy, high-performance sales environment, you’ll be supported by experienced leaders, proven sales frameworks, AI-powered tools, structured processes, and a strong team culture designed to help you succeed.
This is a role where activity, consistency, and communication drive results – and where high performers have the opportunity to achieve exceptional earning outcomes.
High performers in this role have the potential to earn $160k+ per year through an uncapped commission structure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Engagement
- Contact and engage high-intent inbound enquiries daily
- Build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
- Understand client goals, motivations, and property aspirations
- Communicate AllianceCorp’s property investment approach clearly and effectively
Qualification & Conversion
- Identify client suitability and readiness
- Educate prospects on the next steps in their property journey
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Convert conversations into qualified Strategy Consultations
Performance & Growth
- Work towards daily and weekly activity and booking targets
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
- Continuously develop your sales capability through coaching and training
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Strategy Consultants to maximise outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in high-volume phone-based sales, telesales, or inbound sales
- A track record of consistently achieving KPIs and targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Confidence handling objections and guiding conversations
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
- Self-motivation and a desire to achieve strong financial results
- Interest in property, finance, or wealth creation (advantageous)
