About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented student to join our Operations Division for a 6 month internship. This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high performing, fast growing professional services business. You will build a strong foundation for a long term career across a range of business functions. 

You’ll work alongside senior team members who will mentor and guide you as you gain practical experience across multiple functions including compliance, process improvement, event management, and day to day office coordination.

If the individual demonstrates strong performance, initiative, and alignment with the team, there will be an opportunity to transition into a permanent role at the conclusion of the internship.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the day to day coordination of office and business operations
  • Assisting the Business Services Coordinator in executive support of the Managing Director and Executive Director of People, Culture, & Innovation
  • Keep processes, records, and internal communications organised and up to date. 
  • Supporting workspace management, rosters, and office presentation. 
  • Support the maintenance of license registers, and tracking renewals
  • Coordination of in-office and off-site social events and charitable initiatives
  • Identify and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year student in a tertiary qualification in marketing, property, IT or a business related function. (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
  • Clear communication and professional presentation.
  • Confidence using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel and online systems.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in business and operations management.
