What you’ll do

  • Deliver electrical and communications projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are safe, on time and on budget
  • Lead and support Technicians and Apprentices on-site, providing guidance, mentorship and direction
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders through reliable delivery and clear communication
  • Prepare project estimates, quotations and tenders in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and invoicing
  • Drive a strong safety culture and champion continuous improvement across your team and projects

 

Our ideal candidate

  • Trade-qualified in Electrical and/or Telecommunications with current Electrical and/or ACMA licences
  • Proven experience delivering electrical, communications, construction or maintenance projects end-to-end
  • Strong commercial and project management skills, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting and cost control
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and building trusted client relationships
  • Safety-focused, organised and confident using project management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SimPRO, SharePoint, Bluebeam or Groundplan will be highly regarded
